Visiting friends far away

So I turned 27 in April. 27, gosh, that sounds so weird. Anyway, I had two weeks off work, and I really enjoyed them. David took the whole 2 weeks off work, and I spent every day with him.
So we went on many adventures. At the beginning of the holiday we went to Brighton to see my friend Mandy. The weather was perfect. We wandered the lanes, took photobooth photos, brought washi tape, (ok, maybe that was just me), had tea, had sushi, eat loads of frozen yogurt and visited the beach. Mandy took us to the cutest shops. In the evening we went out for dinner with Mandy and Stuart, and then ended up bowling all evening.
If just felt so nice to just relax, even though we spent a lot of time on trains. It was just wonderful for David to be meeting my friends. He's so special to me, being able to let my best friends meet him just fills me with happiness.
After Brighton, we jumped on another train to go visit my friend Laura in Bristol. The weather was gorgeous. Sitting on the train watching Wreck it Ralph while the sun was shinning outside was perfect. When we got to Bristol we wander around the cute shops, and had iced tea and cake in Boston Teaparty. I love that place so much. It's just so cute.
Then later Laura and Craig took me and David to Atomic Burger, which is probably the best burger place I have ever been to. Mostly because there was action figures hanging from the ceiling, and 80's movie wallpaper hanging on the walls. Plus themed burgers and awesome milkshakes!
The next morning we went to the cutest breakfast place, which really felt like something out of a Wes Anderson movie. It's was kinda beautiful. Also, I had the best pancakes and iced coffee in forever! So wonderful.
I had the most perfect time away with David, visiting my friends. It was good that the weather was so sunny, I was very lucky.
