the other day i went for a trip of great importance.
i am going away for a few days, which should be really nice. i need to get away for a bit. clear my head and stuff. i am starting a drawing journal..so i can try and get my head out onto paper...hopefully it will work.

I just was catching up on your posts and I felt like your were taking the worries from my heart and putting them on your blog. I too feel stagnant while everyone is moving around me. I will keep my fingers crossed that we find what makes us feel accomplished and progressive.
Your notebook is off to a fab start. I would expect nothing else from the talented Nicola!

That's a good idea. A break is always appreciated when you most need it.
A journal for your sketchings and thoughts is a terrific idea and I think it will definitely help clear your head if you're having a mad moment. What you've got already is so cool- I try and jazz up my journal all the time but I'm never satisfied.
