the house can be a very creepy place when its dark and quiet. i think i have watched far too many scary movies...and watching them before bed is always a really bad idea. now i have to try and sleep...great. i don't really need sleep...do i?
Worst time to watch a scary movie: home alone on a dark and stormy night on HALLOWEEN. True story. Afterward I turned on all of the lights in my house and couldn't fall asleep for hours.
That's the best time to watch scary movies: at night and when you are slightly on edge. Haha, just kidding, but yeah, I hate being in my house after a marathon of scary movies--my house always makes the creepiest noises at night.
It does look scary, and I think it's because I have watched too many scary films too - I always get scared that when I'm showering someone is going to pull away the shower curtain and stab me :-/.
I watched I Am Legend last night just before I went to bed, it was the worst idea I've ever had as I cannot stand horror movies! Luckily, my mum and my sister were with me, but i still acted rather childish. I remember the times when I was young and small things would scare me (Mainly, Voldemort and Quirrell in the Philosopher Stone movie I watched when I was about six.) and I would get my mother to check under my bed and in my wardrobe. Those were the days! :)
