ah what a new day brings...or
doesn't!! it has been an
alright day. very chilled out. i have spent most of today watching LOST and having a very big case of my head hurting!! but i feel much better now.
after watching LOST on my laptop it gave in, and shut it's self down! i then knew it was time to stop watching and get up and do something. I went for a quick walk outside to get some fresh air and the new cinema times for the coming week.
ah there are so many people out, because i guess it is still half term....but hoping that it will be lovely and normal in the next few days

yay. as i have been going to the cinema and seeing some AMAZING movies over the past week, Smart People, Indiana4, Charlie Bartlett (favourite one by far!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!) I have some tickets for 2 for 1 at
wagamama's and thought it would be really nice to go out for dinner. so we went out and had some lovely food!! on the way back, what was left on our front door?? well these cute little toothbrush sweets!!

(my find of the day was this really sweet ewok, which someone left at work..so very cute. he was found on Wednesday) today we were sorting through lots of bits and bobs in the house, sorting things out to take to a boot sale on Sunday. we are hoping to make a little more money to take with us when we go on holiday on Monday. every little helps of course! while looking through my stuff i found this really scary/odd rabbit that my friend gave me a few years ago, because "she thought i would like it"..ha ha.
other than sorting things out i have not done alot today, which has been kinda nice...but later got a little bored and found some images of finger people, and ended up drawing on my fingers in the afternoon. in the photo below, i think i was watching heroes..well that's what was on the telly screen.
as its now coming into these fall/winter nights, i am looking to Saturday night telly to keep me happy. as robin hood is not back till early next year, and doctor who is not back until Christmas, i have a new show to watch; Merlin. i am looking forward to watching this show as it seems like it will be a bit of fun and magical at the same time.
right this very moment i am watching, or listening to the big bang theory. i found a tape, which my dad was so kind enough to tape a few episodes for me as i love it so much! i would marry anyone of those cute geeky guys. this show really makes me wanna live in a flat across the hall from comic book reading, computer game playing, cute nerds. im in love with guys that know their comics and sci-fi stuff. today i found my 'paint your own' piggy bank i got such a long time ago. i also brought these for some of my friends as i think they are fun gifts, and every ones will be different. i have never really known what to/and how to paint it. hmmmm...any ideas anybody?? well so far i have used my ribbon from the last post to brighten he/she up...not sure what to do next.
....because i cannot decide what to do with my piggy bank...i am starting to think about one little book that i own. little miss fickle. basically little miss fickle can never make up her mind, and is always changing it. that is me!!
had a normal day at work today. and i am looking forward to a few days off. plus i get paid on Friday!! yay yay, i cannot wait!! :)
today was a weird day. went to work in the afternoon. after work i went and got some extra bits and pieces for my sister's birthday present. i love other people's birthdays because i always feel that you can have fun on theirs, and never really on your own birthday. i have never really liked my own birthdays...i hated them. i love making a fuss of other people on their special day. i know its odd...that's always how i have felt.
oh yeah, at work a few of us were talking about telly shows we love to watch, and one of my friends said about the mighty boosh...and i thought to myself...wow, i have not watched that in such a long time!! i mean, its one of my favourite shows. i am sure everyone knows about the show. its a british comedy show. Vince Noir, king of the mods and Howard Moon, an intellectually vain genius/novelist/poet/wrestler/boxer/jazz musician work in the dysfunctional Zooniverse under the slightly crazed Bob Fossil. don't you hate it when you know your shoes are so old and wore out that you will have to throw them out..i hate it. and its worst when you love them. i love my comic book converse shoes....oh its a sad day. hopefully i can find a really nice pair to take their place.
i am thinking that these little guys might be my next vinyl toy spend. they are very cute, and can be found at the Kidrobot website...oh i really want that bag in the last post. oh its not fair!!! :(
