all i seem to be doing at the moment is working, coming home, watching the office, doing a puzzle and reading. that's my life. granted, its not what i am used to doing, but its life at the moment. some would say boring, i would say, i am too tired to do much else. 
i am going on a course next week with some other of my work friends, we are going to learn about dressing the new mannequins we will be getting in our store soon. it all sounds rather fun. we get to go for a trip in one of my managers car.i cannot wait until Christmas. as i am not going back to uni, i feel its all i have got to look forward to at the moment...well apart from certain movie releases, aka; New Moon, Paper Heart, Where the wild things are, An Education, Jennifer's body, Taking Woodstock, Cracks, Nowhere boy...and lots more. i still cannot get over the fact i did not see Away we go at the cinema... :(
i had a lovely time away on holiday. i loved being in the woods surrounded by giant trees, green-ness, quiet noise, earth, animals and even more trees. i am deeply in love with trees at the moment.
my days away consisted of; swimming, bike riding, walking, crazy golf, trees, late nights, early mornings, long car drives, pick n mix sweets, toy shops, movie nights, home made pop corn, my mother's pancakes, chalk boards, giant cookies, walking on the sand, messing around with my sister, painting pottery, singing, eating 'weirds', buying presents for friends, Polaroid photos, filling in my drawing journal, buying cool stuff, reading twilight again, and taking photos.
i had such a wonderful time away..and didn't want to come back home...back to normal life. ah i wish i could go back into the woods. i really do miss it. i am fully in love with the views..oh how i miss it already...
i had to add this photo in somewhere...my dad was washing up (even though we had a dishwasher at our Villa?!?!..and it was his holiday..) and he shouted, 'Nicola, come look at this, you will want to bring your camera..". and it was this little face in the sink, i couldn't stop smiling.
i enjoyed drawing and writing in my drawing journal, i just need to keep it up.

i feel as if i am living in forks at the moment...its so rainy and cloudy. i think its getting really to storm. yay for rain.... whenever it comes! 
i have just started a book i had on my shelf, but i will be hitting the book shop soon for a pile of new books. i am reading Just Listen by Sarah Dessen. its an odd book, about a girl called annabel. something bad has happened to her over her summer, i am yet to find out what. but she has just met this guy, hes obsessed with music, he's determinded to make her listen, and he's determinded to make her smile. but can he help her forget what happened that night everything changed? its rather interesting, and i am enjoying it so far.
i am up to creative fun for my sister's birthday which is coming up very soon! :)
last night i started re-reading the plain janes. its a quick comic book read, and i like it very much. there is a second ones, which i need to get soon. thank you all for your book ideas! i am going to look into them! :)
as i was just dropped off home by my friends i was greeted by this amazing sight, and had totake a photo. i am now off to bed to snuggle up in bed and watch series 2 of flight of the conchords! eek. :)
so since i have been home i have been raiding my sister's book shelf, and started reading Betrayed by p.c . and Kristin cast. 
apart from reading i have been on trips with my sister, and since she now has a car, its more fun. the weather has not been very nice recently..it always looks so gloomy, every day!! it is starting to be annoying! but even though the weather has not been great, it was so nice to see some countryside...i have missed it very much, while i have been living in the city.

i was reading through an old newspaper from the other day and came across this amazing artist. her name is Mari Kasurinen as she takes my little pony dolls and recreates them into something new, based on a theme or certain movie! they are brillant, just look at them!!! :) how funny and sute are they! some of them do not even seem like they could have been a my little pony doll!! you can find her work on her flickr
