today was filled with doodles, rain..and sorting out lots of my life.
i went to see funny people the other day, on my own, which was really nice. this film was very cute. it was nice for this film to be funny, but also have a lot of heart to it. Seth was so cute..ah i love him so much.
when i watched funny people, i saw a trailer for Away we go. it looks like such a beautiful film. the trailer made me smile. i am looking forward to going to see it when it comes out over there. i really like John Krasinski.

so the weather has been horrible today...rain, rain, and more stupid rain. i had the best lie-in in ages!!! i feel so refreshed now! nipped out for a bit today and got a new waterproof jacket for glasto, new stationary and other bits and pieces. this time next week i will be in the middle of a giant field, super cold, wet, covered in mud, listening to music with my best friends. 
today i also spent time putting together packages for far away friends. :) mail-making is so much fun. and drawing...i have not had the time to just sit down and draw. its a wonderful feeling just having time to myself to do what i want. today i have also been watching Pirates of the Caribbean in my room while listening to the rain...which was awesome.
so it rained all day today...and didn't stop. ah normally i like the rain, but for some reason it put me in a bad mood, and made me unhappy. i have been cold all day. and have not stopped drinking hot tea. my sister came back last night, i was super happy to see her. She got me some lovely gifts. She got me a snow globe for my "collection"..(if you can call it that..haha i only have a few). I don't know what it is, i find them really tacky, but i think that's why I like them..its become a 'thing' now to collect them. She also got me an ultra cool clock! and some cute hello kitty biscuits and a chocolate umbrella! :)

5. True Blood---Like I said in my last post, I watched the first episode the other day and was completely drawn in by it. Its rather odd, but in a good way. I am looking forward to watching more.

i stepped out of the door today and was greeted by the rain, dark clouds, wind, beautiful coloured orange leaves, and an amazing spider web covered in droplets of rain. went to do the weekly food shop with my dad which was a laugh, other highlights include getting a pint of milk with a hole in the bottle...fun times. for lunch, as it was rather cold outside i had hot soup with the most wonderful bread.
so i am sitting at home, now waiting for my sister to get in from her trip to Barcelona. i have missed her alot, and its only been a few days. i miss going on adventures, and hanging out with new people. hopefully something will come up soon. 
the nights are drawing in, and its getting colder. i do like Autumn/Winter time. i always love sitting on the sofa with hot tea, watching old movies or TV programmes. i have to admit i did not watch true blood when it first came out, the first series is being aired over here at the moment, and i watched the first episode the other day, and really liked it. its rather odd, but i am still getting used to it. i really like Anna Paquin, i think she is amazing. i am also still completely in love with the office; an American workplace. ah i think its fab. i am in love with Jim and Pam. i love John Krasinski so much, and it breaks my heart i couldn't see Away we go at my cinema as they have stopped showing it...ah how i hate waiting for DVDs to come out. ah and also in the Autumn/Winter its time to wrap up and keep warm. i am truly in love with the gap ad with john in.
i feel as if i am living in forks at the moment...its so rainy and cloudy. i think its getting really to storm. yay for rain.... whenever it comes! 
i have just started a book i had on my shelf, but i will be hitting the book shop soon for a pile of new books. i am reading Just Listen by Sarah Dessen. its an odd book, about a girl called annabel. something bad has happened to her over her summer, i am yet to find out what. but she has just met this guy, hes obsessed with music, he's determinded to make her listen, and he's determinded to make her smile. but can he help her forget what happened that night everything changed? its rather interesting, and i am enjoying it so far.
i am up to creative fun for my sister's birthday which is coming up very soon! :)
however i did get to meet

The show was called 'Cover Versions'. it is an exhibition of recycled record sleeves- revamped and reinvented by Artists working in a variety of mediums. it sounded like a really cool show, but when i went and had a look i kinda felt bad. these really odd record sleeves had been painted, cut up, stuck bits to them...i know its all in the name of art...but it still felt wrong. some of them had been painted beautiful. there were some controversial ones, which included some Beatles and John Lennon covers with 'blood' (or red paint) and Yoko on. It still did not feel right that the artists had done this. It kinda felt like someone had defaced a book or something. But i then thought the records must have belonged to the artists. It was really interesting to see how the artists wanted to change the sleeves with their own views and feelings.
