why didn't the skeleton go to the new year's eve party?

merry christmas, everyone! :)
i hope you all had a beautiful time at christmas! fun was had in my house. on christmas eve i watched lots of different panto on telly and made cookies with my sister. then i woke up early christmas morning and opened a big stocking left from santa, with lots of goodies. then got dressed and went downstairs and opened presents from my sister and gave presents to my mum and dad. then waited for my nan and grandad to come round. we had lunch while listening to top of the pops at christmas. after lunch we got to open all our presents, and i got some wonderful gifts. one of my amazing presents was my labbit!! i have been looking for one of these for about 2 years!! and i got one for christmas. he is so cute! i have no ideas for a name yet...but he did enjoy my cookies!after a long night of food, doctor who telly special, family, party hats, gifts, board games, chocolate and other fun it was time to go to sleep. when i woke up in the morning it was fun to relax and hang out with my family. then later on in the day we went to my nan and grandad's for boxing day. we had a wonderful dinner and more presents!very odd presents were given to me...and i love it!! haha.

for christmas i got breaking dawn...at last! i have had no money to buy the last book in ages ages ages, and was looking forward to christmas so much, so i could finally read the book!!! i have just started 'book two' in breaking dawn- jacob. i am glad to be reading this book at last!! :)

the story behind this photograph is; it was taking in the studio in my first year of uni. my friend had drawn these pictures of characters from the mighty boosh with crayons on squared graph paper. she then stuck these all over my studio space and when i came in i was really surprised to see it!! it made me laugh so much!!i am now going to tag; Let nature be, Tic-Tac-Tomato, The drifter and the gypsy and Looking through mauve-colored glasses

Christmas at home. i was so happy to be home...yet i feel so sad. i think i am all over the place at the moment. feeling happy then feeling rubbish, it sucks. Christmas is nearly here!! lots of fun to look forward to! i cannot wait!! i will get to spend some time with my sister before she goes back to work. present giving. baking. friends and family coming to visit. Christmas movies. oh so much to look forward to!

i went to see twilight for the second time last night...oh how i love Robert. my friend gave me a twilight poster, which made me smile so much. i am hoping that i still get the twilight soundtrack for Christmas..i am in love with Robert's singing. i think he has a wonderful voice.

i really wanna see robert's movie; How to Be. it looks amazing, you must watch the trailer if you have not already seen it. it looks like my kind of movie, and Robert is in it, so that helps. the film is about a 20-something guy (Art) who gets dumped by his girlfriend and then moves back home with his parents. and then he hits a quarter-life crisis. Art uses inheritance money to indulge in retail and new age therapies only to end up enlisting the help of an eccentric self-help guru, Dr. Ellington. its about Art's painfully funny journey to define his existence. its at american film festivals at the moment, and i hope we will be able to see it over here very soon. :Dhttp://www.howtobemovie.com/presskit/

fun and laughs

aaaah!! sorry about the lack of posting!! what a long time its been. i have had some fun recently! we had a Christmas fair in uni and a few of us from my course set up a stall. i made some jewellery, some odd bits and pieces. a little like what i have made before, with the rich tea biscuit! lots of fun! i sold a few pieces, so that was great!! :) then i had to rush back from the fair and help cook Christmas dinner. Christmas dinner was had at uni, in my cute little flat with my wonderful roommates. and fun we had indeed. lots of yummy hot food. crackers. friends. fun. presents. all so much fun!

i was blown away by the random-ness of all my presents from my friends. they were all so special to me. here are a few of them...oh a quick fact, i got 3 owl presents...hehe.i am now home!! a long long long drive home. i am so happy to be home. eeeeek also, i went to see twilight!!! i was so happy to finally be able to go and see it! first day it came out! i loved it, i thought it was simply wonderful, it made me smile so much. and i am looking forward to seeing it again tomorrow night with other friends!!! yay. my geekness caught up with me when i walked past a phone box with a poster on it! eek! i hate my hair..a bit windswept.
ah such a long wait, and Tom Chambers & Camilla Dallerup win strictly come dancing!! yay yay yay!! i did feel bad that they went through and Lisa and Brendan got knocked out, but their show dance was the best one out of all Lisa's and Rachel's, so i believe they were right to win! their show dance was amazing, and that is what won the whole show i believe! oh and i have got a ticket to see the strictly come dancing tour! yay!

how many sweets in a jar...

this picture reminds me so much of my first post...what a long long time ago that was.

went out for a couple of my friends course fund raising party. and it was a hoot! such a laugh! there was a game, that you had to pay a £1 for and you had to guess how many sweets were in the jar...and i won!! the answer was 162, but i guessed 152!! i was so surprised to win!! :) it was so funny!!other fun that has happened included getting a wonderful biscuit that was handmade by my lovely friend. i am getting ready to "drive home for Christmas" with my pal. i cannot wait to go home!! lots of yummy Christmas food, family, my tree, decorations, friends and fun!! i miss my mum and dad so much..its crazy!! i have not been like this before, but i miss them so much. i am looking forward to watching Jingle all the Way with my family when i am home. its my ALL TIME favourite Christmas film, i love everything about it, from start to finish. i love Phil Hartman, who played Ted. he was a true genius. i need to take more photos...aaaarggg!! but i am in need of a new memory card...ah and then that means more money..which i do not have. i must take more photos.... :D

hello..my name is

thank you all very much for your lovely lovely lovely comments!! they made me smile, and i need smiles at the moment. on Tuesday we had a cute bake sale to raise money for our degree show fund. decorating cakes is so much fun.

i went out with a couple of my friends to my friends photography fund raising party. and it was such a laugh! and it was held in the most random pub ever!! it was way out of town, and i felt like i had gone back in time. the pub was so cute and old. there was one room in the pub that was near the back, and it was so odd!! i had to take some photos! you can see for yourself.

also at the party, there was this amazing machine. a guy was going around taking photos of people and then they can print the photo straight away into a beer bottle label, how cool is that!?!?!? i need to stick mine on my free bottle of beer soo, but i just wanted to show you the sticker.i always seem to come back with random things in my bag from a night out...i was very surprised to see i had been given this award by two amazing bloggers; rosie posie rosie, who is the sweetest person on the world and the amazing The Snows of Kilimanjaro This did put a smile on my face. thank you, thank you, thank you so much!! :)

the lack of a post

at the moment i am finding blogging very hard..its not that i don't want to blog..i just don't think i have anything interesting to say. apart from trying to do my uni work, all i am doing is waiting to go home for christmas. aaah its so annoying, i just wanna go home now...but i can't. :( sorry about the boring photos...aaaah apart from wishing it was time to go home to family and friends, and Christmas things, but other than that all i am doing is watching how i met your mother. i am so in love with this show, as i have said before. i just cannot stop watching it. at the moment i am on series 4...and loving every minute of it. i think all the characters are simply wonderful. mint sweets

hello all!! i am sorry for the lack of posting!! i have felt i have not had anything to talk about!! however, we have made our cute little flat a little more festive! we have decorated our little Christmas tree with lights, balls and lots of other bits and pieces.

my lovely friend The tea drinking english rose made me these wonderful peppermint creams, they are very cute and yummy too!! :)
heroes was more fun this week, as seth green made another appearence in the show!! also Breckin Meyer was his buddy in the show. and i loved all the comicbook geekness! as thats what goes on outside the show, i love it!

movies i wanna see in the new year include yes man! with Jim carrey, my friend loves the books by Danny Wallace so much! i have not read them, but i will try to over the Christmas holidays. other movies include; nick and norah infinate playlist!! i cannot wait!! eek kat and michael!! also role models and sex drive; which Seth green is in!! lots of funny movies to see!!!

your brain looks wonderful

today i had to speak about my work to some people in my class today..it was a little scary, but i thought i did ok...well i hope so anyway!! :) other than thinking about my uni work..i am loving heroes at th moment- elle and sylar. they are amazing! i love kirsten bell, she is pretty cool.i am still counting down the days until i can go see twilight...oooooooooo...i wish i could go see it now!! its not like i can even listen to the soundtrack or look at the movie book...because i asked them for christmas!! hehe. i have heard lots of good reviews from other bloggers. i am very much looking forward to seeing it!!!!

i am looking forward to movie night with friends tonight..i think we are going to watch transformers. i would like to have a mini movie night every week with my flatmates. we all are very busy with uni, but i think it would be nice to set aside a few hours a week to all get together and watch a movie. i think i will ask them what they think. :)
